Absolutely unprofessional business. Today I got charged $1900 and none of my issues were fixed! Store manager got in my face and used unprofessional language and raised his voice towards me when questioned why vehicle was not fixed. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody!

I've always been happy doing business here, however, my last experience will keep me from going there ever again. I went in for air conditioner repair. After fixing it, I paid and they never said using the credit card machine would tack on 3%. I was furious! He said look at the sign below, which said nothing about adding anything. Picture below. I had already paid so I left. Get down the road and noticed they had air turned as low as it would go, so I turned it up to 69 and it started blowing hot. Immediately went back and was told it was like your home air conditioner, it would blow warmer when it got to temp. Really?? I definitely was not born yesterday! So for the second time they took my dash off and stated it must have been a bad part they put on. Was working fine but now the vsc trac light was lit up on dash. They couldn't find the issue and stated it must be a sensor and it would be over 100$. Mind you, the car had been there all weekend and not driven so I highly doubt it. I said give me my car and left. The only reason I will ever go back is if the air falters as it has a 2 year warranty and even then I'm not sure I could trust them ever again.

Great experience at the Markham location! My check engine light came on and they got me in right away. The team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and the whole process was super fast and easy. Pricing was great too, which is always a plus. Really appreciate how smooth everything was—definitely recommend!

Took car there for stearing issue they diagnosed it as a 864.00 power steering pump which I agreed to fix it after they completed it and called me to pick it up I drive trucks so had to pay following week. So I try to pay over phone and Josh tells me it has no steering so I say ok keep trying to figure it out.After 2 more months no calls no updates or anything.I go to get my car to take to another shop who had a certified mechanic not a parts changer. I was still charged $337.00 dollars to get my car out. After taking my car to Goodyear who fixed it for 227.00 dollars. Do Better Josh Cates and William Garrett.Find you a mechanic and service advisor not just bodies Best of luck to yall

Chance the mechanic came out to my home and he was very straight forward and he was able to fix my headlight quickly even though with the type of vehicle I have which is a 2015 Audi A3 it’s more difficult than regular vehicles. Chance was able to get the job done. Thank you so much
